Funnily enough it puts Ryuko on even footing with Shadow and likely tips it into a W for her due to the causality hax, busted immortality, passive stat amps, and massively improved regen she gets from IF

I mean Dwarf Star level is still pretty damn strong, y'all are just wildin.
But in all honesty though, I think the fact that the only way you'd get GIH that high is based on WoG statements based on a book that's highly up to interpretation, and with how bad of a rep WoG Godzilla statements has, it being ignored is honestly for the better.

Honestly, even among the people who scale the same verses the amount of disagreements between them it's still pretty notable

It seems that large majority in r/DB unironically thinks anyone who is even slightly above average in Marvel/DC is Outer. Tbh I doubt DB will scale Hulk that high, so they will be complaining. Sadge.

You know, its funny how Hulk was pretty much robbed in his fights, Doomsday i guess can be 50/50, but wouldnt go down the way Death Battle went about it, especially with stuff like light speed is rare to marvel, hulk regen gets overpowered by getting beaten up and his rage going only with it
