Gohan, Piccolo (as in more times out of a hundred), Vegeta, Darkseid's true form should win, Moro (if it's the comics Amazo specifically), Gotenks, I dunno how Star Sapphire scales to base Hal but Ribrianne should win due to sheer DBS scaling, Doomsday wins nowadays but his normal form Buu and Cell both beat, and ofc Barry Allen wins.
