Dante vs. Ryu Hayabusa (Devil May Cry vs. Ninja Gaiden): Sam likes this but thinks Ryu is out of his league, Liam says Ryu is more powerful than people realize and there's a lot of planet-level statements in Ninja Gaiden. Ben thinks doing a Ryu Hayabusa re-examination would be cool.

He doesn't have a contract for never losing, I don't know how that got misconstrued. From what I can tell from doing some Googling, he has a guideline for just not being made a clown show of and that you shouldn't kill him off without an immediate plan for more Goji regardless.

That rumor was started a year ago by TikTokers and YouTubers because Godzilla beat Superman in the DC vs. MonsterVerse crossover. Fans of Superman preferred to believe that he was nerfed and that Godzilla "can't lose due to contract" than understand that Godzilla is simply that powerful. Yeah, I think that at this point there isn't any Godzilla fan who doesn't know that that Clark came from an elseworld, but the Superman fans apparently didn't know that, so they were offended that Godzilla "beat the prime earth Superman" to the point of even threatening the writer of the comic, IIRC…

Since it's been brought up a number of times, I've gathered the info on this whole "Zilla can't lose" controversy as best I could.
This post does a solid job of explaining the so-called "rules" about Godzilla. Essentially, in writing, advertising, and merchandising, Toho's current stipulations for the official use of their character are that Godzilla cannot talk, eat people (as in, chew and swallow them for sustenance), or be completely killed.
However, this Tweet from DiscussingFilm, which highlighted the rules as taken from a livedoor interview, gave a lot of people the wrong idea about them. Namely, DiscussingFilm loosely translated that "Godzilla is not allowed to die," which some people interpreted as "Godzilla can't be killed, and therefore, can never lose." But the keyword is that he can't completely die; he can still be incapacitated, substantially wounded, or otherwise lose in a way that he can eventually revive from.
So, yes, he can lose, just not perma-die. And even if he couldn't 'contractually' lose, none of this really matters because Death Battle isn't official media and doesn't have to play by Toho's writing rules anyway. Maybe they'll be brought up and given the Wile E. Coyote treatment, but it shouldn't be taken as a serious win-con.

Only the part after the beginning of the new Multiverse, the part before is reachable by Hulk and TOBA reaches it only thanks to Hulk's power, no additions
Yes and no, in this particular istance TOBA had to hollow Banner and Hulk's souls so that he could have full control, but even without him if the different personalities and Banner were okay with it they could unleash that kind of power, removing every restriction on themselves
