if we use all evidence available and use DB logic then Ultima beats him
if we use VSBW stats Simon gets washed no matter what

This does look pretty peak. Man, I'm really hoping for a Hulk victory since he was my fave growing up, but if the animation is good enough I can be fine with this probably being his last fight if he loses

Like, I havent really thought about it a lot but, Godzilla might deadass be strongest non capeshit.

Simon is still the fastest character db has to date, and his hax surprisingly can hurt Ultima.

well the question is, how do we treat both?
We don't know how far they'll scale Ultima thus we can't judge
It's also a bit confusing whether they actually have Simon at 1-A or just 11-D with endless boosts

They made him Outer, just like Kyle in his MU. DB seems to treat all Outer as the same, single power level, but they just used 11D/12.3D scaling for all the casuals who don't gaf about dimensional tiering.
Their Simon can just grow stronger than anyone else who isn't literally Omnipotent. If Ultima can't kill him instantly then Simon wins

IIRC the Outerversal stuff for Gurren Lagann was based on some extended-canon content which was used by the guy trying to upgrade the verse on here only as support, and at the end got deleted from the OP of the CRT instead to focus on the other canon arguments.
Although I still think the extended-canon stuff seems rather weak, but I don’t know too much about it.
