Don't forget her. Tbh when I saw the messages and new edits, I thought Nasuverse in general got downgraded (peaked) but it still reaches 1-A and has a character that scales to it. It seems the other tier 1 stuff here is bunk now with the top tiers mostly in the tier 5 range with a couple tier 2 shenanigans.

Wow, I remember so many threads being made trying to get this thing to 1-A, I think by the same guy. I don't know when it finally got accepted, but damn talk about one step forward three tiers back.
Now this is probably the overall strongest version of Saber on the wiki (it's a strange day when Nasu is the verse relying on crossover scaling instead of giving it).

Rewatching the OG Goku vs Superman and hearing DB say that they can't measure Goku's power via scaling him to other characters just hit me like a flashbang. Honestly Goku's entire section is mega garbage. They don't actually say what any of his feats are until the post analysis where they actually go over feats and they measure it by calculating his strength by looking at his lifting strength, using the Snake Way feat for his speed, and the Android 16 bomb for his durability.

Hyperfocus on wholesomeness in current DB is absolutely wild compared to past.
Old DB was basically spite on worst occasions. If they had issues with characters, theyd say them. And DB definitely did way more gore deaths too.

One thing I gotta give props to the OG GvS is just the sheer length of the fight. God damn the entire thing is like 9 minutes long. That kind of length for a fight would be insane for modern DB.
Also the line "about time you ran out of hairstyles" is the funniest line from any episode.

I would've made him 1-A a long while ago but I wasn't sure on how the rules would affect him so I just left the profile be. Az is kinda the first person who brought up 1-A SP and could actually argue in a convincing way. In my heart I still think 1-B, possibly 1-A is more accurate, but I don't mind 1-A either. Had to support it in the end.

Tbh, TFS was popular at the same. They were notable VAs to get. Hell, even nowadays Id say Vegeta, Trunks & Frieza have good TFS VAs.

DBZA was one of the worst things to happen to the Dragon Ball community. I can't tell you how many times people say the most out of pocket shit - like Goku wants to kill Gohan or Chi-Chi was cheating on Goku with Piccolo - and then quotes DBZA. Worse of all, it seems to have effected the dubbing where people genuinly think Goku is so dumb that he doesn't know what a kiss is.Not to mention the character writing. Like my man, Goku isn't dumb. If you actually read the DBZ Manga, you will find that he has average intelligence. The whole him being a mega-idiot comes from Toei which just isn't canon to the manga.

It is more of a meme yes, but there are people who genuinly think Goku wanted to kill Gohan because he gave Cell a Senzu Bean or because Piccolo was a "better dad" Chichi was riding that Namekiam Pickle.

The first thing is something that also happens in the original, and the second is direct stupidity on the part of the people... Jokes about Piccolo being a better father exist, but I also remember that there are jokes about how that is really exaggerated (In addition to many jokes about how Namekians have nothing down below (which is lore-a curate))
