If you scale Noob to the New Era and include Titan scaling, I don't think he has any notable disadvantages, given his favorable showings against high-tiers in both timelines (Fujin, Shinnok, Titan Havik), his superior experience, and his unpredictability with his shadow clones and soul hax

Dagger has always been on the lower end of the Marvel street tiers with her berserk mode being a highly situational trump card while Cloak is implied to have herald level "potential" he consistently never shows it and regularly gets incapped by street tiers, that said the speed advantage (SoL/Rela Marvel street tiers is pretty consistent in the Vs community) is ridiculous especially when DanDaDan literally has an in universe cap for most characters speed which is 100 kph (roughly 62 mph which is slower than the top speed of a Cheetah).
Like judging from the blog, our profiles and my own know how, shouldn't Cloak&Dagger just speedblitz with dura neg attacks and power null? I like Momo and Okarun as characters (here's hoping for the tier 7 upgrades in the not too distant future) but unless you massively downplay the speed meta for Marvel comics while straight ignoring an in universe speed meta for DDD (essentially moving the goalposts), I don't see them winning despite likely having one-shot AP.
It's thematically a great MU with excellent animation and banter potential (which matters most) plus I doubt Cloak&Dagger will speedblitz immediately but unless I'm missing something big, Momo and Okarun have no feasible way of keeping up in terms of speed (minus astral froms/projections they are slower than actual irl animals) and thus get speedblitzed eventually.

Dunno why but this kinda reminds me of the first fight between Pegasus Seiya and Leo Aiolia in Saint Seiya where they openly comment on their speed and they were... surprisingly well infomed. It kinda went like this:
-Seiya: Pegasus Ryu Sei Ken!
(Aiolia casually dodges the attack)
-Seiya: I can't believe it! He didn't even seem to try!
-Aiolia: There's just too much of a difference between us.
-Seiya: What do you mean?

Wow this literally reads like versus debating. I guess using the speed of sound and speed of light as metrics is easy for audiences to perceive the gap in power, but what strangely direct way of addressing it.

If its stats equal for both (lmao) then Thor prolly beats WW since he now has Thorforce which feels like should have hax.
Norman should still be stronger AP, but while maybe Joker Venom has hax, Im kinda curious that shouldnt Norman also have some hax of his own? Also practically Norman uses the Glider as a main weapon, should be good advantage.

pretty sure Norman. the street tier nerfs haven't hit Spideys too hard and he's a consistent physical and intellectual rival to Pete. he also has a huge mobility advantage with the glider
WW seems back to her status quo but tmk she can't replicate the golden form in her 1-A key since that was really situational given the events in the Death Metal finale

It’ll be interesting to see since this website thinks Thor vs Wondy is a ROFLstomp, but if I remember correctly they gave a lot of leniency to DC in their last blog (Shazam scaling to the Source, DC’s godtier, through Darkseid’s dad for example) which might counter a lot of the things we already list for Thor on his page.
Jokerwank might help a lot especially since DC has been going hard in that direction for a few years (the panel which said that Joker could kill anybody on the planet comes to mind readily), but I hope Norman wins that one.

if you're referring to the Simon vs Kyle one, that was an amp exclusive to Shazam with which he was still weaker than Anti-Monitor without the Anti-Life Equation and was mainly used to show a hierarchy in power that Kyle scaled to with the LE. I don't think WW can replicate that sort of amp but they did still scale her to the Godsphere

I was going on memory for that one, but looking back they scaled regular leaguers to those levels with John Stewart throwing Flash’s car at the Anti-Monitor fused with his brothers and surviving the explosion resulting from it (which defused them). The Yuga Khan thing was just scaling the Anti-Monitor to the godtier (since Anti-Monitor > Shazam with that amp) to make the entire scaling chain scale to R>F. Which is, again, pretty bonkers if you ask me. Although I think Marvel scaling needs a second look too.

Kinda? Al Ewing's new Thor run starting soon is what he calls "the second act" of his take on Thor. The Immortal Thor was him pushing the mythological god stuff as far as he could, then the Mortal Thor run will be him tackling the human side of things to represent his original Donald Blake stuff but also his connection to the earth due to being Gaeas child. Plot for the new run is him returning the magic of the gods back to the earth, seems interesting to see where it goes.
