Generally, I don't see how he couldn't. It'd probably take time, but for all I know there's a feat of him making high sci-fi tech on the fly.Could he solve the Ultima equation, though. I know hes smart but idk if hes up there with Reed, Tony, Doom, and T'challa.
Right now though, he is canonically less intelligent than he used to be, on account of Hawkeye's special arrow killing him.

that part I know but the whole "every Godzilla incarnation is part of the true Godzilla" like what Unicron used to be isn't really substantiated. some of it might have to do with author statements on social media that were taken out of context though

Okay, this might be a hot take, I'm a massive Godzilla fan, but I don't know if I really trust the SP novel stuff yet, it seems somewhat compelling in some areas but also...the fact it's an untranslated novel and that a lot of it's highest stuff seems to be weirdly interpreted (like the whole every godzilla is a avatar of his true form from SP) idk it's almost giving me that whole DMC debacle we had a while ago where we just took it all at face value.

People will believe anything to wank. It’s very similar to the Demonbane wank way back in the day until people actually translated what was going on in it and it ended up being a big nothing burger.
As for the fight itself, I legit don’t see a way for Godzilla to win. They would have to give him the most headcanon type wank (like saying GiH killed the God of Image Comics or whatever and using crossovers) to have him win.
And if it comes down to Ultima’s true form (which likely wouldn’t even be used anyways since his true form is stuck in another dimension and can’t really do anything besides make avatars) then Hulk has many feats of beating higher dimensional beings and if he gets TOBA then it’s just a wash.
IMO they should go the math route and have Hulk win because of Banner’s intelligence to banish Ultima. Would be very cinematic and symbolic for Hulk’s only win on Death Battle to be because of his brains instead of his brawn.

Ngl, there is a weird feeling of satisfaction with being one of the few people who can actually make statements about a character and nobody can really contradict you cause they don’t know enough. While it obviously gives people the chance to just make up whatever they want like with Demonbane or that one DMC mobile game, it makes you feel like an ancient storyteller sharing knowledge over the campfire.
This must be what the ancient Greeks felt whenever they shared tales about the Greek gods with non Greeks.
One of these days more people will be interested in Death from HAND. All that effort I went through to make that Respect Thread has to be good for something.

realistically, TOBA Hulk / Breaker-Apart probably doesn't change much now anyway. all it is is Hulk fully taken over by the Devil persona with no alternate one to hold him back and it's somewhat implied that it was still the power of the Hulk's body that was used to kill Galactus and Franklin before absorbing Eternity. even in the current run, it's shown that TOBA still protects Hulk and can possess him to prevent him from being possessed by Eldest
