- Black Whip = Webs
Not really. Black Whip being able to come out of anywhere in Izuku's body and being able to do things like Overlay isn't really equivalent. On the flip side, Webs have some really dumb restraining showings, so you could argue that. They aren't equivalent regardless.
- Danger Sense = Spider Sense
Spider sense is way better.
- IQ and Tactics
Izuku has much better showings in terms of battle tactics, while Miles has generally better showings of book smarts. Not really equivalent.
- Slower, even with gear shift.
Ehhh, I think you could argue Miles faster in base but gear shift would make them relative

Izuku has comically better AoE and I'd argue Black Whips are just as good as webs

Why though. Let's run through all of them. Black Whip lets him power through pain and gives him great ranged options, Fa Jin lets him increase his strength even more, Gear Shift gives him a huge speed boost or lets him immobilize Miles entirely, Smokescrean is ass sure, and Float grants him superior mobility.
