Memes aside most of the characters ARE flying bricks or just bricks with a few variations on the origin of their powers, a handful of characters with unique powers but half of them are street tier and then you got Atom Eve who can essentially do anything yet fights like an unimaginative bootleg Lantern Corp member most of the time.

Well, things tend to backfire on Coyote, so chances are that he ends up hitting himself with it along with Tom

Tom is more intelligent and has actually succeeded or gotten close to succeeding more than Wile IIRC. It's just Loony Tunes is far more insane than anything I ever remembered from Tom and Jerry. The most esoteric T&J ever got was like Tom and Jerry Tales, and even that was tame compared to the insanity of Loony Tunes.

I would say he is slightly less incompetent and arrogant than Wile, but Wile should be more of a book smart than Tom
Ngl i don't get this point, Wile and Tom aren't in anyway comparable to their respective prey
Plus, Wile is canonically an actor just doing his job, he shouldn't catch the Roadrunner so the cartoon can continue
Spielberg created a whole freaking lore on how Toon Force works in-universe with Tiny Toons and Animaniacs on the 90s, so.... yeah
Tom and Jerry has some insane stuff (Such as Tom pushing the Sun), but the Universal to higher and Immeasurable Speed arguments are extremely dubious imo
