We are already going into fanfiction headcanon to assume he can jump levels or R>F. Absolutely no proof. He can be argued to have reached 1-A through R>F and transcending dimensionality with the Super Spiral Space and I do buy that, but nothing suggests he can do it again, and again.
In order to be High 1-A he'd have to trancend all hierarchies of R>F
The reason the Source is High 1-A is because from the perspective of the Source, every jump from R>F is all fiction all together, no matter how many.

That said, i grew up being super into the sonic franchise, and gurren lagann as a whole helped me learn to work hard, not take sh*t from other people, both digitally and in real life, etc, so i would be pretty bummed regardless of the outcome
