True, but I though the same with Odin/Thor-Force Thor but it's been lasting a solid amount of time... though comic writers seem to forget it a lot with how much he seems like Base Thor outside his comics.

Superman goes through cycles. A lot of authors don't sit right with superman being so crazy, we saw that with Byrne and Jurgens was also fairly conservative in both of his runs. While there were one off things Morrison, Johns, and Bendis did, the insanity didn't really happen until Infinite Frontier.
Based off what deciding feats? Anything they'll use for Kyle?

Garou vs Kazuya (One-Punch Man vs Tekken): A joke about being thrown into volcanos is made. They like it a lot, but someone mentions that giving Garou cosmic stuff would throw off the balance of this matchup. Kazuya is someone's favorite Tekken character, and they think Kazuya would be great to bring into Death Battle.
Imma say it right now, i believe Kazuya these days can keep up even with Cosmic Garou in stats, there are arguments for that especially thx to T8, Death Battle may likely not buy into comparable stats though
I still prefer Iori Yagami to be his opponent though
Composite Broly vs Composite Akuma: They see the vision for the matchup, noting the composite aspect is necessary for this matchup. They think it makes a lot of sense.
Why this two? What makes sense about it? Give Akuma someone like Raoh instead

Sentry beats Pre-Crisis, Post Crisis, New 52, early (Jurgens) Rebirth, loses to later Rebirth and Infinite Frontier.
It's still interesting how up to Action Comics 1000, Jurgens really tried to rain down Superman's power level (He was also fairly sane with Superman scaling when he wrote him from the late 80s up to the late 90s too), then Bendis came in and things just went crazy

I've seen Tetsuo and Kiryu as popular MUs for Shinji.
I've also seen Banagher Links (Gundam Unicorn) and Amuro Ray as Gundam alternatives for Shinji, I'm fine with either ngl though I feel Banagher is a bit more fitting.

Ah yes the MUs for the mentally disturbed and actually piloting living machines sides respectively. I doubt either would happen considering we are getting Godzilla again soon and Tetsuo already had everything covered in his fight against Magneto.
Along with those, the pilot for Gundam Wing Zero also seems to be just as popular. Not much of a Gundam head as much as I love the model kits so I'm not too bright about the connections there, but I feel like they're all a vibe. I'm just wondering about the scaling since we have no Rebuild profiles to judge whether these would all be fair or not. And I specify rebuild because who even uses the classic show anymore for this stuff.

It isnt realistically cuz most crossovers Akuma had over the years dont come close to even canon dragon ball, let alone composite, many of those he guested in makes him end up in the DBZ era of power
