Y'know, the more that I think about it, the more I wouldn't mind offering Shulk as runback material for Doctor Strange.
I remember after the reveal of Smash's WoL, there was a fan animation (I can't find it for the life of me) that put DS's '4 million futures' line to Shulk visions, and for some reason the reminder has only just hit me.

Every time I see Joycap's posts, I always think how he likes Xeno so much he essentially created 60+ MUs for it, but the only Xeno MU that has actual shot of happening is one his most hated eps :V

Harsh, but not untrue. Although I have talked about how alternate Xeno JRPG MUs do have a non-zero% chance of happening (read: Rex vs Sora).
EDIT: Oh yeah, I'd be completely chill with Dunban vs Baiken tbh.

With only 12 eps a year, the number of MUs is smaller and thus the amount of characters and verses to get featured is small too. Because true equality is hard if not impossible, since some verses do have less potential than others, we have managed to get weird holes in representation. Not getting Looney Tunes or Star Trek in basically 200 MUs is pretty wild. Not to mention some big characters are missing from represented verses too. I really do not think alt Xeno MUs have a realistic chance. Maaaybe for XB2 characters with their relative most popularity for Xeno, but I havent seen many big requests for it. Unfortunate.

Realistically 12 eps/yr. Because remind me, wasn't the main stipulation that an episode was effectively 'ready when it's ready', regardless of a 3/4 week waiting period? IIRC GioJoker was a 3wk waiting period from OmniDock.

For another - the Saga trilogy is a far more serialized invective than Blade is (I.E: the casting isn't switched out per-game), as the Saga trilogy is consistently built around it's people inhabiting star systems and galaxies similar to how we inhabit planets (not that there aren't plenty of those). This is relevant because the stories of Blade 1 & 2 are fundamentally different (1 being a story about 2 waring nations exploring concepts like revenge, existential isolationism, family and godhood - while 2 is about national identity, the structure of life, and individualism.), as 3 goes to reconcile both of those ideas into a story about an orchestrated war for it's own sake, alongside exploring the passage of time (or lack thereof in the case of the Endless Now), desires of humanity, and the sins of them (something all three games do).
The Saga games (and to an extent, Gears, it's spiritual predecessor) want to do a bit of everything (and succeed... until they sort of don't). Mental illness, transhumanism, behaviour of humanity and desires of same, the individual, godhood - you name it, Saga-era has PROBABLY touched on it somewhere (y'know, up until they character assassinate Shion into trying to shack up with her dead ex who is oxymoronically not as bad by comparison to what he could be, but still manages to make her look like an idiot because of Winnicott's past? But that ship has long since sailed...).
That's all the long and short of it - but I'd like you to remember not to let others propagate to you the idea that Saga and Blade are in any way 'shared universes' or a 'shared continuity' with each other specifically. Not just for continuity reasons, but because Takahashi has had a... weird relationship with his own IP (something something 'Bandai Namco meddling', and now he's slowly had to buy back his own creations from them because IP laws are bollocks).
Oh, and before you say "But Joycap! You both forgot X"" - don't worry about it... we all know X doesn't exist.

But like, since this is modern VS, we just ignore what authors say if they think characters are weaker than fan wanked, like with recent MHA Mach 10 speed lore All Might.
