Jesus I've been waiting since I was a TODDLER for another 3D Donkey Kong! DK64 was the first game I ever played, and that shit to this day is one of my favorites, flaws and all; the soundtrack lives rent free in my head. Hearing how Donkey Kong's game got canned awhile back was a ******* gut punch, I thought I watched my dream die.
BUT NO! Not only are we getting that glorious forbidden 3D DK game, not only are the environments destructible like another one of my favorites (Hulk: UD), not only is the Donkey Kong redesign actually peak..... it's coming out in 2 MONTHS!
Guys I used to pray for times like these, let's ******* go!

I also mentioned this in another thread, and this doesn't amount to anything, but DK's new expressions be more in line with the artworks from the older games instead of the face he's had since the DK Country series on the SNES.

The prize has certainly been a topic. And I was surprised the Switch 2 didn't have a big Mario game as one of the launch titles. But this isn't exactly new isn't it? The WII didn't get Mario Galaxy until a while later and the Wii U didn't get a new big Mario game IIRC.

Mario fans got Super Mario Wonder, Mario RPG AND Thousand-Year Door. I'm sure they'll be fine.
But yeah, except for Donkey Kong: Bananza, I am not buying $80 games. No way that's fitting into the budget.

Its more worse case scenario, that Odyssey Team worked on this, therefore 3D Mario wont even be a next year release.
But they probably put Bowser's Fury co-developer on 3D Mario duty.

No, no, I explained myself poorly. I didn't mean there's a lack of proper Mario games, rather a Mario game in the vein of what Mario World was for the SNES, Mario 64 for the N64, Mario Odyssey for the Switch, an so on.

Im talking 3D Marios specifically, but even if they werent launch titles, unless I miss read dates, all of 64, Sunshine, 64 DS, Galaxy, 3D Land, 3D World and Odyssey launched within 1 year of system launches. If 1-Up studios arent working on 3D Mario, I dont think we'll see 3D Mario by June 2026. Hell, itd be super later, 2027+ and beyond.

Tbf to Thor, the Emma Frost fight was mostly him getting getting beat by AP and hax.
He could shatter her and physically do harm, but it doesn't matter when she can just reform.

Also for those curious what they set up
The villain of DMC2 with his umbrella corporation knock off in this show has it made in the demon world after americans attacked it and seized control of their resources, Dante is in cryo sleep after Lady sedated him, Vergil comes at the end to say he is the storm that is approaching, as he will wage war back on the military under Mundus command basically
