I find that scene funny cause the funniest possible agenda is possible with that statement due to official art made by the main artist of invincible.
Notice how the blood's red. Spawn's blood is green. Alternate Mark killed a cosplayer and was to stupid to realize that it wasn't the real spawn.

GR vs Spawn's verdict makes sense at a glance, though I suspect they pulled a Raven vs Phoenix and downplayed some Resistances on GR's side.Guess I won't know for certain until I finish reading Johnny's appearances. I wouldn't say this is the most nonsensical, but they calced Eternal Sailor Moon and Sailor Galaxia to be like 8 times Universal because Usagi one shoted 8 of her Teammates who were each Universal.
