It's funny as well that a mainline rep will likely only get a battle after 2 spinoff reps get theirs. GioKer already happened, and Raidou v Constantine will probably happen before too.

That's because they think Hulk's Regen depends on his body being intact. I was speaking more on the metaphysical "immortality" side of things. Asura can resist having his soul taken and his body isn't too easy to perma destroy since he can resurrect himself.

That's because they think Hulk's Regen depends on his body being intact. I was speaking more on the metaphysical "immortality" side of things. Asura can resist having his soul taken and his body isn't too easy to perma destroy since he can resurrect himself.

Problem I could see with that is that other characters in God of War can resist having their souls affected or absorbed, yet Kratos is still able to take souls regardless of their resistances.

At least that's how I look at it, I don't know if DB has ever used layered hax or anything like that.

I'm just going to jump the gun here and say that unless DB scales Image Comics cosmology to Marvel, Ghost Rider might win just based off the stat trinity alone. And I'm pretty sure that the Penance Stare is going to be very effective on Spawn given the things he's done in the past.

Iirc symbiotes have a weird reaction to the penance stare, Spawn suit could possibly cause something similar and not work properly

Also i just realized, its funny how Kratos vs Spawn happened way back and now Kratos vs Asura and Spawn vs Ghost Rider happen to have these two side by side, but facing other characters now, which this time Kratos could win if Death Battle thinks so, while Spawn will lose against his if Death Battle again thinks so too

It’s going to be interesting seeing where they scale both currently and whether spawn would still beat Kratos in their opinion. He probably will get better scaling to make the fight look more even tbh.

Yeah, that's a big ingredient for having Asura pissed the **** off. Greek Kratos was out here using the blood of innocents to regain health and sorta plunged Greece into absolute chaos over his rage. Asura doesn't particularly likely those kinds of people.

Kratos by the time of gow 3 didn't gave a shit other than geting to zeus and murdered innocents while asura never aim to do norse did at any point of his story

Yeah, the thing about Asura is that even at his lowest, most wrathful state, basically baking himself alive from pure wrath, he never once laid a hand on the innocents that populated Gaia. Whether it be mortals or other demigods, he avoided them, only targeting those aligned with the 7 Deities and the deities themselves. Despite being painted as a bloodthirsty monster by his former friends, he was the kindest out of them all.
