Not very good in general it's practically spite and a justifiable one
 
To be honest Seo vs Kang han soo has become a favorite of mine as of recent, it is about two Koreans who are isekaid into fantasy worlds, the difference is that Seo will do the impossible to do righteous things, meanwhile one of the first things that King did was kill a defenseless slave for EXP, also they are both trying to get out of a time loop. And it can have a segment where Seo constantly dies and "respawns" while slowly adapting to Kang gayming bullshit, though Kang stomps because as far as I know (still haven't caught up with RTC) is like...5-B, while Kang is at minimum Multiversal, and it could be argued he is outversal (with wankus Maximus)
Also, yes I know that DB will never do this fight, unless both of them suddenly get a show, and their popularity sky rockets because of that
 
I deadass don't want to see Dragon Ball on Death Battle for a while, not with how the team under Ben and Chad have handled it as of late.

And I know Sonic fans will probably feel the same.

Cuz let's break it down

Vegeta gets awful scaling because Ultra has a vendetta against multipliers that he sort of just randomly brought up one day in his Beerus vs Galaxia blog. God level base forms are ignored because of one statement from Toriyama during an interview where he straight up said he had no idea where Dragon Ball was going next.

Then Xeno Trunks doesn't get immeasurable speed, and while the argument is 'that scaling meta was new', looking back at the arguements against it in the G1 blog, they were dog shit so while I'm sympathetic to the whole bad timing angle, the 'due to the nature of dragon ball his speed must have a limit' thing is stupid

Gogeta vs Vegito is mostly harmless, although they need to stop acting like stronger ki negating hax is a universal thing, also how they did in GvS3

The Bardock vs Omni-man, Jesus Christ where do I begin. Speedy's nonsensical and somehow condscending explanation about the sun disk, which is still BS, and then his 'King Piccolo struggled to destroy a city' little remark, finger wagging DB fans like they don't know how good they got it when it comes to anti-feats.

Then cherry picking low ends feats for Bardock to scale to, including for some fcking reason calcing the planet vegeta bust from DBS Broly and not the one from the TV special, ya know, the one that actually sent Bardock back in time to get Super Saiyan.

And throughout it all, next to no accountability.

And Sonic fans, they may have it sweet here with supporter mods and lack of opps, but Jesus Christ planet level Shadow in 2021? Shit is veteran difficulty for Sonic fans out there those guys need a break (at least Eggman got a peak episode vs Bowser but still planet level shadow is crazy work)
 
Although I honestly don't think any Dragon Ball episode as a whole package is as good as Bowser vs Eggman, that shit is generational.

GvS3 is almost good enough to justify it's existence, RF vs GB could contend but is dragged down by ultra's head canon saiyan beyond god scaling, Hulk vs Broly probably comes the closest imo.
 
Hell no to MvS3, it will be exact same as MvS2 verdict except inflated to uni stats. Sonic MUs are kinda done, blatant obvious missing ones at least. Maybe Blaze? But she isnt as big deal lately so ehh.

Realistically for DBZ, only severe misses are Gohan, Piccolo & Cell, after that they are done on obvious misses.

What about the Ginyu Force or Hit?
 
While it is easier to say DB hates some verses, I kinda dont think they hate DBZ. They do hate some verses like that one anime they didnt use for vs Asta lol

DB absolutely favors some verses. Capeshit and honestly worst is cartoons. I do get it, feats kinda match but unironically making Scooby & Spongebob that strong is lame.

Ben and Chad love Dragon Ball, and a few researchers like Swan seem more competent at scaling it than others.

I don't even think the ones I'm talking about hate it, I just think they aren't good at scaling it.
 
What are some series any of you felt very attached to the characters and they get killed at some point that broke you?

Or even what series made many of you be very upset regarding some deaths that could have occured

Btw this can be any series, not strictly just those for vs debating into them

Yeah, Ben and Chad alone are vocal enough about loving Dragon Ball to where I think it's kinda cope to say they hate it. Even the research team has been vocal about being fans of it, from Speedy to Ultra and you name it. But they're pretty hit or miss in regards to how they scale it.
