- Limited Nonexistent Physiology (Nature Type 1, Aspect Types 2, 3, 4, 5 [History and Plot] & possibly 1) and Incorporeality (Appears as corrupted visuals and can still act and use her powers after having her Character File deleted, which means that, other than getting deleted from history, it causes the erasure of the target's concept, information and plot, with files also shaping one's personality, mind, memories, and also possibly the soul as well due to files shaping the whole of reality and its various aspects, as it was done to other characters and to Monika herself. However it should be noted that while her existence isn't bound to these aspects in the game, she does not start in this state, but with a physical body, as she described being deleted for the first time as painful). Monika gains the following powers when she is in her Nonexistent state:
- Immortality (Type 5)
- Acausality (Type 4; After getting her character file deleted, she shouldn't get bound anymore from neither causality nor plot, as the files in the DDLC world are what makes reality, time, causality, script and so on, with further proof being her sending a letter to the Player after the deletion of the whole game)
- Beyond-Dimensional Existence (Type 1; After getting her character file deleted, she should lack space-time features as the files in the DDLC world are what makes reality, time and so on)
- Power Nullification (Prevented the Player from Saving and Loading. Can turn off their ability to fast-forward, which explicitly doesn't work without time. Implied to have prevented Sayori from using the powers she has obtained as the new president of the Literature Club)
- Resistance to:
- Plot Manipulation (Managed to break out of the script of the game via her knowledge of the Fourth Wall, thus being unbound from it as changing the script or reshaping the game to get rid of it don't seem to have any adverse effects on her)
- Time Manipulation (Similarly to how she's unaffected from the script, Monika is implied to be unbound from time as well, as she's able to freerly act in a timeless place where attempts to fast-forward the dialogue wouldn't work)
- Reality Warping, Data Manipulation, Corruption (Type 2), and Limited to Conceptual Manipulation (Type 2) and Information Manipulation (Type 2; Despite being deleted from the Player, she's implied to be unaffected from other forms of manipulating the game's code, as she was unaffected from the game being corrupted and not being too bothered from the game totally glitching and crashing due to errors in its programming)
- Likely to Mind Manipulation, Empathic Manipulation and Memory Manipulation (As files also shape one's personality, mind and memories, Monika is likely resistant to alterations of those due to being unaffected from changes to the game's code)
- Nonexistent Physiology (Nature Type 1, Aspect Type 4) and Incorporeality (Has no index and is not tied to any version, so as far as the universe of the game is concerned, she does not exist. This protects her from being rebooted, or having her memories reset. She needed to scalp other Mitas for parts to create a physical form for herself)
- Resistance to Memory Manipulation (Cannot have her memories reset due to not being tied to a released version of the game)
