The Denier of Human history is pretty easy.
So, the vampires in the Nasuverse are beings created to kill humanity, so they naturally have a conceptual advantage against them. In the Nasuverse, there's this things called Noble Phantasm, that If a human use It against the vampires, they gonna inefective, because they have a advantage against human. Well, is a little more complicated, but i think like that is easy to understand.

Technically, you accepted Neo Infinite even though both Metal Sonic and Infinite are villains (I do not recall a single good deed they did that would make any of them heroes).

In that case you must change one of the characters, one has to be good and the other bad, but have a connection in some motivations in their life, Neo Infinite is the only exception because Metal is only following Orders so he is "Neutral" (and I'm taking a risk since he did a lot of bad stuff yet he help Sonic friends severals time)

Depletion garden is satsuki's reality marble ( think domain expansion but better, since it cannot be broken without conceptual means due to overwriting the "world" around it, basically small scale reality warping). it rapidly drains the energy all around it, which renders all energy-based attacks ineffective, forcing the enemy to fight satsuki physically. If a character is made out of energy, they'll die.

yea, unless they need it to attack, in that case they'd just get reduced to a regular human/ their base power without magic and such

A bunch of villains are like that. Nagito goal is like, he goes to spread despair to the world, expecting that someone will come defeat that despair and spread Hope, looking for the "Ultimate Hope". He goes around commiting evil things, expecting someone good to stop the evil thing.
