Welcome to Koopa's second Stat Equalization Tournament!
I promise I won't bail halfway through like the last one.​

Match rules:

• This tournament will use a single elimination bracket.​
• All stats except Intelligence and range are equalized.
• SBA will be used for all matches.
• All matches will be posted under Fun and Games.
• Locations will be randomly selected from a list seen under the fighter list. I have already chosen a few but some suggestions would be appreciated.

Character submission rules:

• Mid-High hax allowed (see here).​
• There is no required character theme.
• One character per verse, two characters per user.​
• 16 starting slots. I'll increase the number to 32 if the demand is high enough. ​
