After "breaking through his shell" in a manner similar to Ultra Instinct "Omen" Goku, he managed to continuously trade blows with Jiren, who had finally shown a "hint of his true power". According to Whis, he and Goku were even able to stifle Jiren, and Jiren himself mentioned that both of their respective attacks had become "sharper". After powering up further, he was able to overwhelm God of Destruction Candidate Toppo, who was stated to be equal to a God of Destruction and had warped the World of Void, which was completely unaffected by the fight between three Gods of Destruction[6], with a fight between two Gods of Destruction being taboo[7] since it will result in the destruction of two universes[8] (each consisting of three space-times). Vegeta eventually overpowered and defeated Toppo through the utilization of his Final Explosion, which he survived due to his power having increased astronomically from when he attempted it the first time)

it's not sad, Okada just decided Gods under no condition (within the verse ofcourse) can truly die, so the evidence for negation is retconned to not actually be negation

So I know they can't put each-other down and thus people vote incon, but wouldn't stamina be a factor? Eventually wouldn't someone run out of stamina to an extent that SBA's one hour knockout wincon would be viable?

Seiya can fight for three years straight, and is constantly making a new body. Zamasu has infinite stamina. Also, Seiya could get knocked out, and still keep fighting so zamasu isn’t getting a win that way. And seiyas not knocking out zamasu anytime soon

Given the profile, Zamasu only has infinite stamina as Infinite Zamasu, which is restricted here

Jeez, now I think Zamasu can win, since he has more chances of killing Seiya than Seiya killing Zamasu
 
Uh I guess maybe? It would get a little harder to do splat seiya everytime he hits seiya, but since it’s so casual, it would take a looong time for zamasu to have to exert effort to do so.

Zamasu manages to kill Seiya and give BFR with teleportation of the Kaioshins (he teleported himself from Universe 10 to 7)

once he "kills" Seiya, Seiya has no obligation to return with a physical body

can Zamasu physically grab a soul and teleport it?

Actually now that I think about it, how would Zamasu harm seiya. His energy attacks and Physical attacks would get obliterated before they touch him.
