Btw, could we use this fight as proof Tatsumaki was in fact holding back against Psykos?
Because when Tatsumaki attacked Saitama for the first time, Fubuki thought She was using her full power yet Saitama resisted (which means that she should be using a power similar to the one she used against Psykorochi as Fubuki sensed Tatsumaki's power along the fight), yet Tatsumaki presumibly used way more power in the fight against Saitama.
This'd be further proof of Tatsumaki "using too much power at once" being God's intervention

It's pretty obvious by now God intervened. One would have to be really dense to not see it (or just focusing on Tatsumaki's ass), an entire section of the panel plus an "action" frame is dedicated to the moon.

Garou is only like 3 times above baseline moon level, which is pretty much the AP tatsumaki has with her scaling chain
so I guess both Garou and tatsumaki are = casual saitama
boros also was able to surprise and impress casual saitama

Nah if he is limited to specific forms than only gargoyle Garou and up since only gargoyle Garou got that extreme fajin feat and not the previous perfected fist Garous (although he could probably get that strong if he got to evolve which he could do pretty quickly).

I assumed it was in a specific Vs battle since they said any version after perfected fist therefore I limited it to specific forms. The speed thing is fully my fault though since I just auto assumed speed equalised lol.

My headcanon is that Garou broke his limiter the moment he perfected his fist, and could probably evolve as much as he needed to after that.

Also, Fubuki scaling to Apollo is dead as of right now. The added pages to chapter 177 showed a casual Apollo instantly dispatching of an enraged Fubuki in a single panel.
