Savage Hulk's Galaxy key should be 98.3 zettafoe, scaling from Thor's universal earthquake, right? I didn't see a specific number but since he's galaxy level I figure it's magnitude 6
Garou only upscales from 0.036 Zettafoe so it'll take lots of reactive evolution to deal damage if he avoids being atomized via a thunderclap in the first few minutes

I think it's just baseline Galaxy level. The standard for shaking the universe is magnitude 4, aka Multi-Solar System level. The feat is just used as additional support for Galaxy level

Garou is scaled to the full value of SP^2 which 67 ExaFoe. And the amount he upscales is no joke considering Saitama almost sneezed Garou away with a similar gap.
Not really true considering Garou has closed bigger gaps. There is over 20k times difference between his 6-A and 5-C value

I've seen Garou's reactive evolution allow him to one-shot a character after a few milliseconds of trading blows, so maybe a X10 increase, but a x136 increase at a minimum is something that matters for the first few millisecond or microseconds- that is to say the first few hundred or thousand blows.
The change from the Garou that fought Sage Centipede to the demonic Garou that pushed the earth in is a great example of what I mean by 'a lot of reactive evolution', that wasn't an instantaneous buff, it took him 2 extended fights and maybe an hour or two to accomplish the change

Technically 1 since he still was 6-A at the beginning of the fight against Saitama. And an hour is definitely an exaggeration. For instance, Saitama's fight against Boros was around 5 minutes

Well, now that you say I'd definitely lean more towards around an hour between Garou first smacking Sage and Garou pushing Saitama through the earth.
My reasoning being that we went from completely dark to a few minutes away from the sunrise in the course of the 6-A to 5-C jump. Sunset was during the Psykorochi fight so logically the whole cadres fight, three way match-up, Sage Centipede debacle and Garou vs Saitama fight lasted like 8-12 hours in total

On the topic of Garou's reactive evolution, whatever happened to those calcs finding Saitama and Garou's rate of reactive evolution? Were those rejected, if so, why?

maybe that fanfic that try to explain saitama powers by literraly saying that saitama does not how to count and he literraly do billions of push ups,sit ups,squads and kilometers every day(and obviosly another fanfic where he is know by heroes and people)
