Now this is questionable, though I agree with what azontr said.

He's not as bad as some people here, so I'd say put him at number 4 or 3.
 
Rudeus also sort of has an excuse because in his previous life his family and friends basically rejected him and he was driven into depression, and he has visible trauma about that when he's reincarnated. So like he sort of has the right to be a little bit of a weirdo.

But honestly, my personal opinion of him is that he actually developed himself to be better. He was an embodiment of “failure”, and he actually got better in that world. He did not do the mistake twice. This is my 2 cent why he should be lowered.
