But seriously, I'm pretty sure he was close to breaking his limiter but instead monsterized and got even closer to snapping it off but due to the whole internal conflict he had he was just short of actually doing it before Saitama kicked his shit in ( at least in the webcomic ) and pre cosmic fear Mode in the manga

Considering how absurd his RE and AD became after this fight and the fact he was deemed a worthy vessel for God makes it pretty apparent to me that he in fact broke his limiter.
Anyway I'm convinced that even if ONE directly said he broke his limiter Garou still couldn't copy people beyond 4-A cuz "nLf"

That's understandable. I just really think Garou would be stronger than Saitama if he broke his limiter there because he was in so much steroids (amps) in their fight.

Garou went from 5a to 4a or whatever but from his 4a key, his power mimicry of AP is no longer applicable. We finished the CRT over this.idk, limiter is just confusing, even in WC.

garou started training in his childhood (or youth idk?) and still, was lower than 7-b+ until 18 years.
saitama reached tectonic level in less than 1 year of training.
buuuut, theorically garou's evolution became WAY FASTER than in-training saitama, jumped from 7-b to 5-c faster than what saitama did (in one day), meanwhile took 1 year+ for saitama to reach tatsumaki's level according to fubuki (she didnt exactly say this but anyway)
in this level, i think that garou's RE would've became even faster after more training, and in a few years would be stronger than saitama

We should have a minimum multiplier for one shotting
The idea of verses with one shot difference requirements being too low is a made up issue. There is never gonna be a verse where being 1.5 times stronger is gonna result in a one shot. If we had a minimum multiplier for AP stomping and one shotting then Garou would have already been 3-C by now. Yet another missed opportunity of the wiki’s own creation

I’m pretty sure it would have broken once he completely became a monster but the latest it could have broken was recovering from his monster form being shattered by Saitama’s punch right before he got healed and became cosmic. Without having a removed limiter he wouldn’t be able to reach Saitama’s strength so, it’s pretty much objectively proven at this point

Yeah no, that’s not happening. Not only are you incorrect because Vegeta and Cui arguably had a smaller difference than 1.5x and Cui still got one-shot, a one-shot multiplier would be so easily abused.

Depends on the mechanics of one-shotting. A boxer can OHKO someone equal or stronger than them with a well landed punch in the right place.
If you mean reliably one-shot even through a hit in the chest then 7.5x would be it, assuming the other character has no regen or immortality type 2.
