Ryukishi07 is self admitted powerscaler and Uminkeo is one of the most well known visual novels on the web.
Wildbow is a powerscaler (even going as far as to participate in vsbattle threads) and (despite the travesty that was Ward) puts out decent stories not to mention Worm has one of the biggest as well as the most active fanbases on the entire net.
Creating awesome stories has nothing to do with whether you're a powerscaler or not, in my opinion.

I would like to mention that although Saitama is fighting with one hand, he can still move the arm holding Genos’ core to exert a proper punch with his free hand. It isn’t like his arm holding core is tied behind his back or anything.

I mean, it could be a valid interpretation. Most people don't look for consistency/take statements at face value, and that's okay, especially in this instance where they said there was no weapon on Earth that could hurt Homelander. I wouldn't have a problem with a possiblly key for all those who scale to him.
In fact, I think it would save this sight a lot of grief if we had keys that showed the consistent power of a character and the higher end, WOG style statements.

Powerscaling is just the method of Character A>Character B, and Character C>Character A, which means Character C>Character B unless anything suggests otherwise, so the term power scaler just doesn't make sense to me, because that's literally common sense. 
Anyways who cares if someone likes to talk about how strong fictional characters are. It's weird how people act like that's so out-of-ordinary they're some how genuinely different from normal people, it's just something done out of enjoyment, a hobby.

I think that sort of scenario would go against Saitama's established identity as a regular guy who achieved great power. It would also discredit the limiter theory in Saitama's case, so I'd rather get some new details about what people who managed to remove their limiters are capable of.

OPM has one of the best Powerscaling out there.

I know lame story same copy paste Story but then also it sound to me more convincing then 100 push 100situp then survived the pressure of space with out space suit survived in one of the moon of Jupiter I don't think 100 push and 100 sit up can make someone that powerfull and durable

Is PS Platinum Sperm? In the case of Crablante it has been established that people can turn into Mysterious Beings under certain circumstances, so this is just a case like that and in this case it isn't even a particularly powerful Mysterious Being. What I'm saying here doesn't have anything to do with whether or not something makes sense. Saitama has been established as someone who started out as a completely ordinary person and got strength far beyond the norm through means that baffle and puzzle those who hear about it. There is certainly something unknown about how exactly that happened but I feel like as if suddenly revealing that Saitama was actually an incredibly powerful and special type of being all along would be detrimental to his character and I don't think that there is foreshadowing or buildup for something like this either.
