Platinum Sperm becoming faster is pure and unadulterated headcanon. He is still 4x faster than light normally, while the Ninja Jobbers are only 0.15c.

In the few pages of the Web comic I read I always found it strange how no one knew how strong Saitama was despite a plethora of S-Class witnessing him humiliating Garou. If this turns out to be true I would feel relieved that a confusing plot hole was dealt with.

In the webcomic they say that the S-Class heroes "weakened" Garou to the point that Saitama (B-Class Hero) could beat him. Obviously, this couldn't be further from the truth.

Umm actually the S class were actually only giving power to garou because the more he fights, the more his limiter broke and the stronger he got. Saitama was the only one who could beat him in a fight due to his limiter being broken.

It would be cool if his limiter removal makes it so he has adaptive evolution superior to Garou, and even if he copied his strongest serious punch and broke his hand with it his fist would heal instantly and he gets an exponential strength growth that explodes Garou fist leaving him completely confused.

10 years? He would probably be strongest 3-A character when it comes to AP. Let's say he gets 15x stronger everyday. That means he would be this much stronger than his current self .

Good thing Cosmic fear would be considered outside help by Death battle standards, otherwise Garou would probably stomp all of his matchups (except doomsday, wich while weak could work for monster who adapts to everything reason, where Garou gets stomped.)
Currently only matchup wich Full monster Garou arguably doesn't stomp is Jin Kazama if you squint. (apparently he can reach 5-B and be FTL to a greater degree, but i dunno the veracity of this.)
Cosmic fear Garou's best opponent is probably Han Dae Wi who is also a martial artist who received mental and physical abilities from a Divine being, wich grants him control over fundamental forces of the universe.

The other part is afraid he will become that kind of character who either hax stomps or gets hax stomped, since his resistances very basic so far.
In general you want to have mind soul and time manipulation resist to fight your average hax lord. He has none of them.

Unless they go full spiritual lyrical individual route with God i think that's unlikely. OPM has barely if ever dabbled on spiritual stuff and you need a lot of that to match bleach.
