I would say his armored state is his actual factual base form going by how he looks after the CSRC. Maybe if he uses CSRC immediately in a fight he would revert to his released form but I don’t see it

But that's his sealed state. He can't revert to that without the armor.
 
I like how all these conversations are filler convos(since boris technically got retconned) and we're inevitably bringing ourselves closer to 1M views. This thread is High 1-A, likely 0 in comparison to other threads.

Going by his mouth, nose and noticeably lighter skin tone compared to his released state I would say his body without energy/low-energy looks the same as his sealed form minus the half body and fallen apart look.
