Garou is Ftl tho, what does the energy leakage do? CSRC can be dodged, Garou has superios skill, speed, LS, has regen, better stamina, better analytical prediction, and prolly more

Launching Saitama near light speed then catching up from a distance is a ftl feat. Speed gap isn't that far in between.
Still no heat resistance so his hand to hand is pretty much nullified.
