Like with Phoniex Man, anything removed from the chapters is non-canon. You can't use a non-canon image to justify a stat.

Theoretically, Genos is never "nearly dead", since he is a robot with basically no biological traces. So no matter how much damage he receives, his "life force" will essentially not change.
