Harley's voice didn't really nail that new yorker type of accent Harley

So, wouldn't that make her immune to possession and soul manipulation?

Fight is pretty fun overall, definitely a good premiere to start off the season. And a DC L against non-Marvel adds a nice touch. Also liked the callback to Joker VS Sweet Tooth and how Jinx flipped that tactic upside down. Didn't like Harley's VA while Jinx's okay, but both sold on the characters pretty well.

Small gripe but I didn't like they exclude the ending quotes/character transitions after the end of the analysis, kinda loses a nice capoff to the character. Sure, it's for copyright reasons but it loses a bit of character. On the upside, they did the ad before "IT'S TIME FOR A DEATH BATTLE" segway so no interruptions (but I'll still skip it).

Oh, and they brought back that plus and minus comparison, which was not seen since S2 "Wolverine VS Raiden", so that's pretty neat.
Partially related to this fight, what kind of rarer elemental fights could they do?

Fire, Ice, Thunder & even Earth are basic and done. I always wondered if there exists Poison elemental fight, which again Harley & Jinx are oddly bit more linked into that.

What other elementals could make for neat matches?
Dragon (it's an element in Pokémon so it counts kinda) would be badass and awesome though PKMN VS Digimon sorta had that, but I want a traditional dragon fight. Grass/Plant is the only basic element so far that hasn't been shown on DB yet.

John Constantine vs Rick Sanchez
it's a good alternative, but after we have rick vs bender and raido vs constantine.

Like those snake like dragon or dinosaur like dragon? Stomp concern aside who can Rayquaza actually fight against?

(Oh Harley Quinn vs Jinx borderline counts as poison type battle ig)

it would be interesting... but against whom... who would be a good option for him?

Both could work, wouldn't mind either snake like or dinosaur winged dragons on DB. For Ray, Ridley is one option but I don't like that one. Bahamut is another option that works, but there's many different versions from what I heard, so I'm not sure which versions they could pick unless composite.
Does anyone else wanna see Henry stickmin in death battle?
Henry would be rad and he does have some popularity (though it might dwindle over time). That said, I'm unsure who is a good opponent for him. He has fairly good options.

EDIT: Wait, Fancy Pants Man, that one Jetpack guy from a mobile game whose name I forgot and maybe Red from Dick Figures could work.

No the idea of having heanry fight other stickman kinda seems lame to me, just because there's not many other stickmen who have abilities or arsenals that gully compliments Henry's

PKMN vs Digi was that, but we also had Dragonzord vs Kiryu as a mecha dragon fight.

Honestly if Henry was going to fight someone it should be someone who has a insanely large arsenal simular to his own, Fancy Pants, Red and even Second would all get would get boddied by the general insanity of Henry stash of random bullshit, it's not even funny.
I think he could work for Kenny personally, but he probably has better, I mean there's Cu Chulainn from what I've seen

I like that. That would certainly help. Then again, they also tried that with Ben 10 so it really depends on how they execute that explanation I guess.
To be fair they did a notably terrible job with Ben 10 compared to Saitama.
Off topic: how many Sasuke vs Hiei moments do you experiencein Death Battle? Like the research is poor but screw that it makes some people really satisfied.
I know a lot of people don't like the episode and it's a very flawed fight, but I really like Kenshiro vs Jotaro largely because I really like Kenshiro and FOTNS. Really fun fight with good music and some cool moments, even as someone who actively doesn't really like Jojo, it was enjoyable in spite of flaws imo.
Solid episode, loved the animation, but something about the analysis felt... off, for some reason. Just didn't click with me that much or do anything that impressed me. Not to mention it feels like they really just skimmed over the stats, to the point where outside of Lux's kiloton feat I had no idea what level they actually put the characters on. Also failed opportunity for a Touhou reference when they brought up Lux, she's literally a blatant Marisa Kirisame reference 0/10 episode ******* sucks

Overall an 8/10, I can definitely see myself rewatching it a lot.
The mention of "Final Spark" without even a nod was soul rending.
Screw fairness Lux vs Marisa Kirisame in future Death Battle
Ahhhhh that'd kinda be boring cause typically fights of a character than directly inspired another usually aren't the most interesting (there are exceptions though!) but I'd gladly take Marisa shitstomping someone on DB ngl.
Oh god please don't do ******* Mario vs Kirby I really dislike that MU.

At least it's an incredibly solid Kirby win though, I see absolutely no method for Mario to win, especially after Star Allies and Forgotten Land.
