Those who sense his magical power dies instantly. What do you mean by emit his energy? His energy is already present everywhere. Those who can sense it, dies, if he/she is not good at antimagic or doesnot have resistance towards death manipulation. That's all. For voice, Anos' words are naturally imbued with magic. Yes he needs to speak for it. But his antimagic barriers and his destruction eyes are passive.

It is Passive, as Anos's words are imbued in Magical properties that are always active.

Low 2C Anos has still access to 2B Venuzdonoa. All of his passives and abilities remain same even in low 2C. He only looses 2B AP, on his eyes.

Expect he won't get a chance to do it duo to Aludin constantly killing Anos (he can bypass nep 2 and ae 1 but can't byapss high godly so Anos just regenerates and dies again and so on).Anos can win but it's a matter of wether he gets a chance to do anything or not.

I don't see any feats of bypassing NEP 2 in his profile, give scan so that everyone sees and understands that. Also, Anos can just seal/bfr him before he does anything. Anos has 4 immeasurable keys, and the last one is much better than the previous ones. He will BFR him as his reaction speed is much better in immeasurable. I see only one immeasurable key for the other guy.

They are only 3D and can't affect 4D constract. Aludin has HDE as it is stated on his profile.

Then that last one is wrong and should be the same as before. Give the crt where him being above baseline immesurable is accepted.

He doesnot knows anything on Anos and still claiming Anos cannot do that, his ... are not....
Even claiming they can interact with NEP 2, which is not even in his profile and giving his own explaination. Also, does he has resistance towards Anos' wide range of passives. If not, then Anos stomps very hard.. Show a scan that Alduin is above baseline immeasurable. Show a scan that he can interact with NEP 2.

Only eyes of chaotic destruction. As far as i know eyes of ruin haven't shown any feats of affecting higher D constract tho. You can ask Oblivion or ImZeroNull about this just to be sure.

His demonic eyes of ruin are just a weaker version of his chaotic eyes. If the user is weak in antimagic ability, he/she will get deconstructed. Also, low 2C Anos has access to chaotic eyes with low 2C AP.

I gave those explanation in possibly rating because look at this when every gods try to fought with numidium but still failed (they didn't shown directly in skirmish but skip the battle to the scene they lose) but still possible it's consist with numidium profile.
Also anos passive sleep manip wouldn't against infinite stamina , concept and law got resisth , deaht hax can't pass immortal type 5 , another got resisth due to alduin resisth magic (magic in TES including multiple form of abilities.
Immeasurable speed just said same as before it does't better , you need to show thay he's faster than before.
