Let me be clear. Anos' demonic eyes of ruin is 3D(physically), as you said. His chaotic eyes has 4D haxes, cuz it has shown to destroy universes, logic,reason,order and abstract powers.
One minute, are abstract powers 4D? Cuz his demonic eyes of ruin can destroy abstract powers like Time, which is 4D. It is shown when he fought the Guardian God Of time.

Well anos has a more wincon than alduin, yes he has some H1B resistance but that's spesific case, anos out haxed him and outpowering him in other way he can't resist it

DEMONIC EYES OF RUIN(weakened version, 3D in nature, has 3D haxes,but can destroy abstract powers like time and magic formations).
DEMONIC EYES OF CHAOS(stronger version, is 4D itself and has 4D haxes).

I don't know if it is specified that the eyes of chaotic destruction has the same haxs as the eyes of the ruin... Although as Anos himself said that he suppressed the eyes of chaotic destruction by turning them into the Eyes of Ruin, then they should have the same haxes to a higher scale

Logically speaking, the AP gets suppressed and the extent of magical power and the eyes of ruin are not that passive as his chaotic eyes. He just reduced its power.

Exactly, the chaotic eyes of destruction have all of the 3-D stuff from the Demon eyes of ruin in a much stronger state (4-D).

Anos demon eyes of ruin are 3-D because they are suppressed. Anos adapt them to a level appropriate for their world.... They are the same as the eyes of chaotic destruction only that these are not suppressed, they have their original power. And obviously same powers as the demon eyes of ruin

Eyes od chaos destruction having the same haxes as eyes of ruin but on larger scale probably isn't a thing duo to have they have been created. Anos and Aberneyu exchanged their eyes(beasically Anos currently has one devine eye of destruction(Aberneyu's eyes) and one eye of chaotic destruction(Anos original eyes) the same goes for Aberneyu) when Aberneyu got turned into a castel. Duo to those two eyes not being compatible with each other they created new eyes for Anos and those eyes are eyes of ruin.
