Nah. Even the most useless stuff, if higher dimensional, should count IIRC.
 
What about Skeletron Prime in Daylight for 5-C? He one-shot the Terrarian who is another 5-C and has more durability than dungeon guardians who can do the same thing (he has about 35000 HP and 9999 defense while dungeon guardians only have 9999 HP and 9999 defense). Things like the Zenith, Last Prism and Terrarian (the yo-yo) hardly do damage to him (1) in daylight while it screws over moon lord. He is pretty strong if you ask me.
 
He gets haxxed to death. AP means little for the top 5 of each tier. Although there's so little contenders for 5-C that he actually might qualify.

I believe they should be removed. I'm not seeing anything notable on their profiles. Yogiri could take its place or smth.

Or better yet, DBH due to massive AP
 
TL;DR: Han should be 2nd 7-A, maybe 1st with speed unequal, though I can make that match if needed.

So, Han seems to be winning against Geist, he neglets cause and effect and enforces causality for some of his attacks (paralysis and a 100% hit punch that can't be blocked or evaded).

He also beat Lain in the 7-A tournament, and he is faster than she is so speed unequal doesn't matter.

IDK if Kumuko can negate or resist powers that are enforced by causality, but in speed unequal he should be able to grab a clone, power steal and then have his own Gamer system make the powers way better and enforced by causality.

But can Yogiri beat guys from transformer? Since they're placed below Marvel.
