If you're intangible and you can float/levitate, you won't drop through the ground.
If you're intangible and can connect with matter, that's weird.
Also, the tailed beast can punch mountains. Do we give mountains NPI for interacting with bijuu?

Pretty much. For Susanoo all you need to add is Soul manipulation, and for Human path just add it to the few that don't have it, though I think they all have it.
