He blatantly held back against Kakashi because he wanted Kakashi to Raikiri the seal off of his heart. He was just smacking around KCM2 Naruto earlier.

I believe High 6-C is Kurama’s physicals while Low 6-B is from that combined Bijuudama with Gyūki.

KCM2 Naruto smacked away 5 TBBs casually as well. And like LordTracer mentioned, he was shown to be stronger than Gyūki when he defended him from Obito's attack.

Actually Naruto could be 7-A, if my earlier idea about scaling the jinchūriki is accepted, considering that Deidara implied that Naruto was stronger than Yugito in Bijuu Mode.

Obito was able to control the Bijuu with his chakra chains. He was able to harm and burn Gyūki with his fire formation. He was able to harm him with his projectiles as well. He amped the Edo Jins significantly. And he fought KCM2 Naruto.

I think he should be 6-C, but at the very least he should be "At least High 7-A, likely higher".

He got his shit kicked in by Juubito until Majestic Attire Susano'o was unleashed and even then they would've lost if Obito's Will didn't weaken from Naruto reminding him of his past self.
