So basically it is stated that the Euphonic Bases are viewed as a "wire" which is described as a "length of time", and there is space around this called the "Cromley Vacuum". And then, these "wires" are described as alternate timescapes.

it is also stated “the Cromley Vacuum, could be in itself, a host of many wires, running in as many directions as we can perceive" — This should qualify as a fifth-dimensional structure, correct? considering when you think about it, we can kinda perceive infinite directions. Think of a sphere, or anything "OMNIDIRECTIONAL" for an example. Technically speaking, the Crowley Vacuum has infinite directions stemming from an origin point; the center.

The Cromley Vacuum is also described as a "space" (and “vacuum” as it’s name describes) encompassing these wires as a "host", so that could be equated to a higher dimension of space that contains all these "wires".

For something that requires more creative interpretation, you're better off going to Ultima. Even still, it should be known that being fifth dimensional alone would require then proving transcendent levels of power to actually be Low 1-C.
