Twin Star Exorcists - Part 1 Scaling Changes
Pretty small upgrade. Rokuro and Benio shouldn't be 8-B or even 8-A, they scale to both Kamui and Yuto on the low end, both 7-B characters. I'll also be updating Yuto and Kamui stats as well. This sandbox fixes that.
