Actually, this doesn't apply if things are being argued still. We literally have that in place to prevent FRA Trains.
Also, if both are past 7 votes, whoever has a lead of 3 or more wins. This also applies at 7, like 5 votes vs 7, would still be a draw, but 5 vs 8 wouldn't be.

So, how is this match legit again? Hal can just lightly slap Ben and it's over due to the AP difference. It's not that Ben doesn't have wincons, it's just that he won't get the chance to exploit these wincons. A light slap from Hal is all it takes for Ben to get K'Oed. The AP difference is more than enough to consider this a stomp.
Considering how everyone here has different opinions regarding failsafe, it's quite hard to pinpoint if Ben can actually get the chance to exploit his wincons.

That's literally the whole point of Ben, lol.
If one alien isn't enough, he'd change to another one with more abilities, is literally his fighting style, his gimmick.
And they weren't "debunked", he still can absorb Hal dry, but thanks to the possible range advantage, Clockwork is a more suitable option.

Even kn the show when he gets KO'd, he wakes up seconds / minutes after, even after being completely overpowered by beings tiers above him or that Haxstomped him..
Nah, not at all. They wouldn't have make anh difference, Hal never uses his Hax in character.

He clearly does depending on what enemy he's fighting. If he "never" used them he never would've demonstrated those powers to begin with.

Normal ones? Sure. The he has, not as frequently, strong or specific, no.
I don't even need to argue that much, is evident when 60% of the scans and abilities are from the same era of comics.
Also, 4 occasions in a 70 worthy years of history, is not a good rate.
