Pretty small upgrade.

Rokuro and Benio shouldn't be 8-B or even 8-A, they scale to both Kamui and Yuto, both 7-B characters. I'll also be updating Yuto and Kamui stats as well.

This sandbox fixes that.
I'll also be updating Rokuro's scaling including more to it.
