Well, God in Divine Comedy is specifically stated to see all of Empyrean as a thought inside his mind. So yes, God does impact cosmology he's a part of.

Empyrean is the highest heaven in medieval interpretation of Christian cosmology.

Hello, I'm looking for advice in how to determine how much LS would be accomplished by some feats from Halo I inquired about in this thread.
