This is the T-Rex of Jurassic Park 1 and Jurassic World, aka "Rexy"
SCP-096 is in his berserk state already

They fight on an african savanna
 
I think SCP-096 wins since he can run up to 100 miles per hour while Rexy can only run 32 miles per hour. Which means that SCP-096 is about 3 times faster than Rexy.

While both are equal in strength and durability, SCP's speed is enough to gain it the win.
 
096 stomps... for the second time... it cant deal with its regen and pain immunity, in fact rexy is haxless so
 
SCP-096 was capable of making 85% of SCP-682's body mass absent, almost killing it to the point of no reanimation. If SCP-096 with all its might can take on SCP-682, one of the most dangerous sentient SCPs out there, than it's clear that SCP-096 can take on and kill a simple tyrannosaurus rex.

Besides, it's been stated that there is no material that is known in which SCP-096 cannot eventually rip through, mauling and ripping apart armored T-Rex reptilian scaley skin woulden't be a problem for 096.
 
A little late to the party, but 096 for reasons above. The feats from the incident report on that thing are far more terrifying than anything Rexy did in in Jurassic.
 
You put up a dinosaur, essentially a big bird with no wings, against a supernatural creature that threatens to destroy humanity. What did you except?

Isnt 096 just Euclid ?
 
096 is Euclid but he can still wipe out humanity and is on the Foundations top 'Terminate ASAP' list.

Also isn't this a stomp now that 096 is High 8-C?
 
The foundation isn't too bright when it comes to labeling the safety of objects. For a while that fortune teller than kills you with magic flying ghost hands was labeled under safe.
