Some SCP additions

Just saying most series 1 profiles are getting upgraded to High 8-C via scaling to 173 so the building thing should just be outright stated.
 
Might be off-topic, 682's resistance page seems kind of outdated, should we make a blog about it or revise the resistance page?
 
Uh just apply the changes. We haven't gotten confirmation if everyone will be upgraded to High 8-C just yet.

Hop is sorry for the absence, there was an incident during the holidays that required overtime outside the wiki.

To clarify: So far Hop agrees with most of the 076-2 changes (and whatever is related to Dr Bright as well), excluding Explosive Manipulation. Strictly in the article canon (primary source) he can summon weapons, yes, but summoning objects that can create explosions or explode is not the same as an explosion (the blast, fire, force, range, etc) itself. He's not Megumin or Kirby or something with finite, granular control of the BOOM. 076-2 is just able to make "bombs and explosives" in that tale, which infers its based of the original article, there's no power being added or changed, that's an established thing he can already do, but it does not fall under the concept of manipulation of the explosion itself. Explosion Manipulation directly implies he can control the explosion itself, conceptually. From the sound of it, 076-2 does not inherently "use the Force" (or some similar metaphor) and directly influence or change an explosion once it blows and goes off. That is a different category of power all together, which he already has.

Not sure about the 096 & 682 changes, since they deserve their own reworks, especially regarding EC content. Even more especially given context of other EC works that piggyback and make references to other stories and tales, which are being made all the time.

But at the end of the day, he is capable of causing explosions, not from himself, kind of like how characters such as Gru have Explosion Manipulation even though they state that its because of his Rocket Launcher, then we should name it to Explosion Inducement with weapons, plus they've been added to his Weapon Summoning list so as to be used in future threads just incase.

You might want to re-unlock the 682 page, there's a missing ability that belongs beside resistance to regen/immortality neg.
 
Dude I specifically said we aren't done figuring out who gets High 8-C. Change 682 back to 9-A.
