I recall this being done before, but I think that thread died. Anyways, I decided to make this match as I'm doing it at a written death battle, and it's one of the few I could do as a match on here.

Key(s): DMC5 Dante (Low 2-C), Low 2-C Yukari

Speed: Speed is equalized

Mindset: Dante and Yukari are in character.

Distance: 50 meters

I mean now Dante can destroy yukari with his automatic soul hax since he can deny low godly, but that depends on whether Dante hits you or not.
 
He never used it in DMC5 (As I remember only Vergil and Nero can mess with time by Ragtime and Judgement Cut End), you can use it in DMC1 with some item. I think it's treated in this wiki as he can still use it.
 
Dante has passive TS in DT in DMC2, the Time-Bangle in DMC1 and Quicksilver (which is more of a time-slow) in DMC3. Dante never canonically uses it because either A he doesn't need it to beat his opponent or B his opponents resist it, since every demon above Mundus-servant level resists TS. Dante never uses ANY of his non-base abilities in cutscenes, so him not using TS is pretty much completely irrelevant
 
Saying that his TS is not valid because he never uses it in cutscenes is the equivalent of saying that he can't use any of his style-abilities because they also don't appear in cutscenes
 
And in case anyone is about to say that Dante wouldn't open with a kill move because of his easy attitude, just remember that Dante only jokes around enemies he knows FOR A FACT are not a threat to him, as soon as he sees someone who could potentially be a problem he goes for the kill (see how he went immediately balls-deep against Urizen and Vergil, or how he shot Sanctus in the head immediately), Dante would also know that Yukari is a threat through both Alastor's precog and his aura-reading. If Yukari doesn't resist TS\open with something Dante doesn't resist and that immediately KOs him it's a stomp for Dante
 
Also, if the thing that Yukari uses that Dante doesn't resist and that can KO him immediately is even remotely dodgable it's also a stomp in Dante's favor because of his instinctive reactions.
 
And also if said thing is not dodgeable but still physical it's still a stomp in Dante's favor because of Royal Guard

Griffon, Nightmare and Shadow also had Low-Godly but Dante still killed them, it's not going to be a problem
 
He did used it in the Manga to make V piss himself a little for ******* with him, now a serius Dante would use it at its full capacity.

He has it in base form

Welp, the description of Yukari's resistance doesn't seem to explain what's the scale of mindhax
 
Dante is RIDICULOUSLY above baseline, we are talking one-shotting people who can oneshot people who can oneshot people who perform universal feats by existing and standing still
 
Just popping in to say Chrono Heart Time Stop isn't passive, it only happens when Dante attacks someone.
 
mh ok, but I don't see why we even bother with the fear hax when Dante's TS is a way bigger threat that Yukari seemingly can't resist (there's nothing on her profile regarding any sort of resistence to time-stop)

Yes, Dante may fear V who can fight with demons that make you a bar full of people who go crazy with fear and want to kill themselves, or a demon that Dante defeated could paralyze a person out of fear (it wasn't normal scary they would feel to see that, but a fear that affects the psyche of their brain making the sixth sense that all humans have gone crazy, according to the first novel that does not detail it that way)

Okay Zeph i've about had it up to here with you. Would you kindly shut the **** up?

We get you hate DMC, we get that you think we're fuckwits for being fans of it (As you oh so declared a while back). Everytime something remotely related to Dante or DMC in general comes up you pull this shit, calling out the verse and it's supporters just because you disagree with us and dislike the verse's scaling.

It's getting annoying. We get you don't like the verse, but you don't have to mention it every ******* time. I swear you're worse than weekly gets on DMC vs Bayonetta threads.
