Kiba defeat a S4 and is stronger then his Part I counterpart. If not they should get an At Least 8-A+, likely low 7-C
 
Adult Kiba should actually be town level since he is a jounin i believe lol cause i swear im pretty sure Konohamaru isnt stronger than Kiba.
 
Also, we can add quotes for Sasuke. The edgy one in the beginning is good for Land of Waves. Lol.

And the one about him closing his eyes and belonging to the darkness or something like that is good for Part 2.

His V2 is completely featless we cant just put stats there cause we feel like it, simply put Ay has no feats or statements for 7-B
 
I'm not sure. His profile says it used Start Sasuke, but Sasuke as of that time doesn't have Chidori and his cursed seal. I think people were arguing for him with both of those.

And he's 8-A with his cursed seal now.
 
Okay, were the other genin adjusted? Gaara, Neji, Lee, Choji, Kiba, etc. And Jirobo needs to be downgraded to High Hypersonic.
