Beginning of dark tournoment top tiers would scale to Chu's feat of creating storm clouds (Low 7-B). During the final round through everyone gets a massive boost including Heiei absorbing the dragon making him at least 6-C
 
The spirit world needs more profiles. Koenma took a punch from Yusuke and almost sealed Sensui with Mafuken. Yama was stated to sink a continent. The defense force was feared by A-Classes.

Yama's continent sinking feat was Anime exclusive, but he should get a profile either way given he's like mid to upper A class tier. Koenma is like 10-C physically (He self admitted that even an average business man like Sakyo would stomp in hand to hand combat) and positive that punch from Yusuke wasn't serious. But Koenma does have his share of hax. Though, the SDF having profiles would also be cool.

Also, Chizuru beat up Kuwabara and consistently intimidated lesser demons during the dark tournament, but not sure what to take from that.

I mean, for the accepted scaling here lesser demons can be as weak as average humans, and of course those scenes with women beating on shonen protagonist should never be taken serious

But also, Chizuru was show in the Dark Tournament to be more menacing than Botan or Keiko, which could defeat controlled humans capable of breaking glass and crack concrete
 
If it was truly Infinite, that would mean a weakened Raizen is High 3-A because he shooked 1/3rd demon world with hid stomach rumble.

King Tempest made a CRT proving that Suzaku's Lightning is real. So basically every character would get Massively Hypersonic+ and Massively Upscale from that. There aren't many calcable speed feats in the anime that don't rely on calc stacking
 
Yakumo is implied to be an A Class given he was merely Enma's equal. Not to mention he is stated to have the power of a god; which power of a god is typically treated as merely A rank with S rank being far above that.

I recall he is Upper S-Class once he gain his full power from the Power Sphere. So his A-Class self is like his nerfed version
 
Yeah, maybe his base key should be upgraded; though the Power Sphere is also an inconsistent amp since he's only partially amped by it. Though it is implied he could destroy and recreate all of Demon World and Spirit World with the full power of the Power Sphere. He was defeated via the Power Sphere being used against him rather than through raw power.

Trivia:
  • Yakumo is the only known character to have overpowered a Reikai seal with raw power. Given that even the strongest S class demons were stated to be incapable of overpowering Reikai seals (such as the Kekkai barrier and the Mafuukan), it is possible that Yakumo is the strongest S class in the series (surpassing Raizen in his Prime).

Now whether this is true or not, I don't know.

He's 14 through most of the series, 15 in Three Kings saga, 17 in the final episode of the Anime; where he visits Keiko at the beach for the first time in 2 years. And 18 during the post Anime OVAs and the chapter where Enma is the main villain manga included.
