I used to love this show so much as a kid!
I rewatching it right now, if the idea of creating other profiles for the anime counterparts comes to life there are a bunch of interesting feats that could generate a different AP chain, like Rando vaporizing a very deep lake, something that doesn't happen in the manga

Sorry forgot to fix that. I used Yusuke's height because scaling him gets wanked results, Randou doesn't look 7ft to me. (what your original calculation puts him as)

Checking in with a calc group member, both of our calcs are wrong. Mine forgetting to add in Latent Heat of Vaporization, and yours being innacurate.
Using these two calculators, we get 3858620413111 joules for latent heat and 591302669119 joules for specific heat.
Adding them together gets us 4.4499231e+12 J or 1.06355714627 kilotons of TNT (Low 7-C)

Sorry if I worded it weirdly, but what he meant is that vaporization should only be used when we have no other option. The option that gave Low 7-C has priority over all else due to being much more precise.
