Thoughts on this guy's opinion on the guide book about Hiei still being "Upper D-Class" by the Dark Tournament halfway through the video?

Because honestly I kinda felt the same when I rethink the concept

"Upper D" was Hiei's ranking during 3 artifacts arc. Not to mention Rando and by extension the Saint Beasts were C Rank. So D rank Hiei would be downplay.

I remember that Randou was a C Class and that Toguro was a B class (Lower A for his full power some claim)

I pretty sure everyone in the Dark tournament was also a C Class

Yeah only ones that were stated from what I remember were Three Artifacts Hiei, End of Dark Tourney Hiei, Younger Toguro, Initial/Chapter Hiei, Initial/Chapter Kurama, Sensui, Three Kings, Hokushin and guards, and that's it

I never found where Rando was stated to be C Class
