It has limit. Someone use time stop on him and his reactive evolution did not work. Also he died because he got blitzed in canon.

Depends on how fast it is for Reinhard preparations to swing his sword. Yoshifumi need to manifested his knife in his hand(which take no time at all) and throw it.

Nothing significant but he can now instant incap his opponents by glaring at them, and i wonder if his godly instincts would make him use it here or not

Yoshifumi's Super Hero Time need to encounter someone so it can give him abilitys/weapons to win. If he get blitzed(like what happen in the novel)and hit by something that instantly incap/kill him without a chance to receive abilities/weapon and use it, then he would lose.

True. In my case I'm imagining Yoshifumi desperately throw his knife at random direction before he died to Reinhart. The knife then disappear (going back in time) changing reality, erasing Reinhardt and thus bringing Yoshifumi back alive via causal effect.
