Why One Piece top tier not considered as Sub-Relativistic?

It was calculated at Relativistic here.

If the calculation has been accepted, then I suppose the top tiers should be Relativistic scaling to Rayleigh.
The only concerning thing is where this would place people of the high tier level such as the Yonko Commanders and those who scale from Doflamingo and Gear 4th Luffy--who are currently MHS+ from Doflamingo slashing apart a meteorite. It logically wouldn't make sense for Marco or Jozu to tag Aokiji if they are both so drastically inferior to him in speed. Same in regards to Mihawk and Vista.

Liger686 did, but i will make a separate blog post for just that ONE calculation in order to prevent confusion with the other two rejected calculations and ask for an evaluation.

The speed scaling would be very strange if we left top tiers and a few of Whitebeard's commanders at Relativistic.
I suppose we might have to do the following:
Scaling from Rayleigh's feat directly (Admirals, Rayleigh himself, Yonko):
Aokiji (for example): "Likely Relativistic (Should be comparable to Kizaru, and should be faster than Doflamingo, who was encased in ice before being able to pull off an attack from several meters away)"
Whitebeard: "Relativistic (Can keep up with all 3 Admirals and trade blows with them while in a lethargic state)"
Whitebeard Commanders:
Jozu (For example): "At least Massively Hypersonic+, at most Relativistic (Should be as fast as other commanders, and could intercept attacks from Mihawk, and managed to tag Aokiji--albeit off-guard, and was regarded as being incredibly fast by Crocodile, who in turn could also perceive and block attacks from Mihawk)"
Other Scalings:
Doflamingo (Scaling from his feat and Jozu): "At least Massively Hypersonic+, at most Relativistic (Slashed apart Fujitora's meteorite from point-blank, and casually stopped Jozu mid-charge with his threads and managed to get on top of him before he could notice)
Luffy (Scaling from Doflamingo): "At least Massively Hypersonic+, at most Relativistic in Base, 2nd, and 3rd Gears (Can keep pace with Doflamingo, and managed to outspeed him with Gear 2nd, albeit Doflamingo was greatly injured at the time), at most Relativistic in Gear 4th (Traversed hundreds of meters, vanishing from Doflamingo's line of sight and getting right next to him before the latter could react to what had just happened)"

It's not like Vista was seen fighting all out either. Granted, if both went all out, i'm of the opinion that Mihawk would have ended that fight in a short span of time.

I posted it on the calc evaluation page, 1 calc member responded. I posted it on a couple calc group member pages, and Raven said he'd evaluate it that day, but nothing since then.
