Who is the weakest Straw Hat Pirate?

Just stumbled across this video and it made me think:

Who is the weakest Straw Hat Pirate?

Let's look at a few different times.

1. At the time the conversation in the video happened (Skypia, if I'm not entirely wrong)
2. Before the Arabasta Arc.
3. Just before the timeskip.
4. Currently (End of Wano).

Pre-Arabasta: Probably Nami
Skypiea: Nami
Just before timeskip: Chopper
Currently: Chopper

I'm pretty behind at following One Piece, and I would have liked to move ahead but the series is pretty dang long.
But to my knowledge, I had always considered Nami.
Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji have always been seen as top 3 strongest, with Franky being quite strong and both Robin and Brook did have their hax utility.
Nami, Usopp, and Chopper are seen as the gadget dependent characters, with Usopp basically being the least predictable with his. And Chopper has been underappreciated during the Lobby arc. He did have that pill transformation that made him really giant smash all those warships.
Without equipment it's probably Chopper and I'd think Nami would have been otherwise.

Though, looking at the wiki pages, it seems I was off. Usopp has the weakest ratings by the looks of it.

Why Nami < Usopp?

I remember Usopp doing a bit more in the first two areas and making better use of his abilities at the time but tbf its been years since I read pre-timeskip stuff.

so i want to make clear one thing, Usopp is considered the weakest of them, this is a straight fact,

except the time when Nami still didn't have her Clima tact, Usopp is indeed the weakest of them

Water Seven arc made it pretty clear this, since it was one of the reasons Usopp wanted to leave the crew


and at the current arc Nami even defeated Ulti (tough it was thanks to Zeus) someone who could even clash with Base Luffy, while Usopp couldn't even defeat someone weaker than the her (Ulti)

Skypiea is after alabasta arc... It's the assassin cactus island arc, whisky peak (giant's island), drum island, alabasta and then skypiea I think

Lets not forget it wasn't only due to Zeus. But thanks to Big Mom's Maser Cannon too an Emperor's Attack and she would still wake up after all this
